What are the materials used in The Daily Tote

Our bags are made from high-quality, eco-friendly materials.  Our premium vegan leather is used intentionally, to offer a cruelty free option, which is sleek, durable, and water-resistant finish. Our Canvas provides a sturdy structured tote from premium canvas.

Vegan leather is a high-quality, animal-free alternative to traditional leather, offering a sleek and durable finish. Vegan leather is not only stylish but also easy to clean, water-resistant and designed to last, making it an excellent choice for conscious consumers who value both fashion and sustainability. Our fabrics are carefully selected and finished to maintain consistent color, however slight variations may occur due to the nature of the material, making each piece subtly unique.

How do I clean The Daily Tote Bag?

For daily cleaning, use a soft dry cloth or damp cloth to gently wipe surface. Avoid using cleaners containing alcohol, bleach or corrosive chemicals as this will impact the leather.

Does The Daily Tote come with a warranty?

Product Usage & Care Instructions

Your Stassh Society Daily Tote Bag is designed to help you stay organised throughout your day. Whether you're heading to work, commuting, or meal prepping. The insulated compartment is perfect for keeping your meals cool when traveling to work or uni, especially when paired with an ice pack.


Please note that the insulated compartment is not intended for full-day temperature control. Using an ice pack will help maintain freshness during transit.


Care Instructions
To keep your bag looking its best and maintain its quality, please follow these care guidelines:

 

Use ice packs inside the insulated compartment to help keep food cool.

 

Do not place hot items directly inside the insulated compartment. Allow food to cool first.

 

The insulated compartment is not designed for all-day temperature storage—store items in a fridge when possible.

 

Wipe the interior and exterior with a damp cloth to clean.

 

Leave the bag open to air dry after cleaning or if moisture is present.

 

Clean the lunch compartment at least once a week to maintain hygiene and prevent odours.

 

Avoid overloading the bag, which may strain the stitching and structure.

 

Keep the bag away from prolonged heat or direct sunlight, which may affect PU leather and canvas materials.

Returns & Refunds

Standard Returns

Returns window: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

 

Item condition: Items must be unused, hang tag still on and in their original packaging and dust bags.

 

Sale items: sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds. 

 

Refund method: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, or store credit is available — your choice.

 

Shipping fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Change of Mind Returns

Changed your mind? It's all good, we understand! Please note:

  • Return shipping is at your cost.
  • A $10 restocking/processing fee applies.
  • Sale items are not eligable for returns 

Sale Items

Items marked over 20% off are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrives faulty

Onward Order Protection

Added Order Protection at checkout? Here's what you get:

 

Extended returns window: 30 days from delivery instead of 14.

 

Restocking fee waived: The $10 restocking fee is on us.

 

Claims are handled through Onward's system for faster resolution. You'll receive a confirmation email straight away outlining your benefits and next steps.

Additional Terms

Orders outside the returns window follow our standard store policies.

 

Order Protection does not apply to wholesale or gift card purchases.

 

Faults resulting from normal wear and tear are not covered.

 

Stassh Society reserves the right to verify claims and decline fraudulent or excessive requests

Import Taxes and Duties

Import Duties & Taxes

For orders delivered to Australia, New Zealand, and the United States, all applicable import duties and taxes are calculated upfront and shown at checkout.


This means no unexpected fees when your order arrives.

 

If you’re contacted by a courier requesting additional payment for an order shipping to one of these countries, please reach out to us at hello@stasshsociety.com.au and we’ll take care of it.

 

For all other international destinations, duties and taxes are not included at checkout. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are payable upon delivery. As these fees vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office prior to purchasing if you’d like more clarity.

 

Refused Shipments

If an international order is refused at delivery, the original shipping costs, along with any import and return fees, will be deducted from your refund once the parcel is returned to us.

 

Change of Mind Returns

Please note that import duties and taxes are non-refundable for change of mind returns, as these are charged by your local customs office and are not collected or retained by Stassh Society.

Shipping Questions

How long does shipping take?

We ship from two locations: Brisbane, Australia, and our Global warehouse.

This dual-warehouse setup has allowed us to move away from extended pre-order wait times and get your bag to you sooner, while still maintaining the quality and detail we’re known for. 

Delivery Timeframes

Most orders are delivered within 3-8 business days once dispatched. After placing your order, it will move through our dispatch and transit process before when tracking details will be sent to you as soon as your order is on its way.

Pre-Order vs In-Stock Orders

Please ensure you’ve checked whether your product is in stock or on pre-order before purchasing. This information is clearly listed on each product page, including the estimated dispatch timeframe for pre-order items.

  • In-stock items are dispatched within our standard dispatch window
  • Pre-order items will ship on or around the date stated on the product page

Onward

30‑Day Order Protection (via Onward Checkout+)

When you opt into Checkout+ by Onward at checkout, your order is automatically protected for 30 days from delivery against:

  • Loss, theft, or damage in transit
  • Wrong or missing items
  • Order satisfaction issues

If anything goes wrong with your order, simply file a claim through the Claims Portal. You’ll typically receive a response within one business hour, and most claims are resolved within one business day, resulting in a replacement or refund according to our policy.

 

If you didn’t opt in at checkout, your order won’t be covered under Onward’s program. However, our standard return and refund terms will still apply.

Cashback Rewards

Customers who check out with Checkout+ by Onward automatically earn 10% Cashback on their purchase subtotal.

  • Cashback is delivered as a Stassh Society discount code via email after your order is confirmed.
  • Your code is valid for 12 months from the issue date.
