At Stassh Society, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Standard Returns
Returns Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- With the original hang tag attached
- In original packaging and dust bag
Refund Method
Once approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. You may also choose to receive store credit instead.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping costs are non refundable.
Change of Mind Returns
If you’ve changed your mind, no problem.
Please note:
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
- A $10 restocking and processing fee will be deducted from your refund
Sale Items
Items discounted over 20% are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item arrives faulty.
What is “Checkout+” Coverage?
When you opt in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for free.
If you opt in, you’ll also receive:
- An extended returns window — 30 days from delivery instead of 14
- No restocking fee — the $10 restocking and processing fee is waived
If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
