We sell out fast. Pre-orders let you reserve your Daily Tote before the next batch lands. Here’s everything you need to know.

How Pre-Orders Work

When you pre-order, you’re securing your bag ahead of time—because let’s be real, they don’t stay in stock for long. Your payment is processed at checkout, and your spot in line is locked in.

Estimated shipping dates are listed on the product page. These are our best guess based on supplier schedules and shipping timeframes. Life happens, and while we aim to deliver on time, delays can occur. If anything changes, we’ll keep you in the loop.

Change of Mind? You’ve Got 7 Days

You’ve got 7 days from the date of purchase to change your mind. Just email us with your order number, and we’ll sort the refund—no hard feelings.

Shipping Delays

If your tote hasn’t shipped within 14 days of the estimated date, you’re welcome to cancel for a full refund. Just reach out to us via the contact form or email.

Need to Cancel?

If we ever need to cancel a pre-order for any reason on our end, you’ll be fully refunded back to your original payment method—fast.

Policy Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. Pre-ordering after a change means you’re cool with the latest version.

We do everything we can to get your Daily Tote to you on time. We’re not responsible for delays outside our control, but we’ll always keep communication clear, honest, and respectful.

All orders (when in stock) being shipped to addresses in Australia will be fulfilled within 24 hours and will ship the next business day. 

For all orders, the transit time begins the first full shipping day after the package leaves our facility.

Shipping times are determined by the shipping option you choose during checkout.

AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING ON ORDERS

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship to New Zealand and the United States
