10/10 customer service. I absolutely adore this bag and use it constantly, so I was genuinely disappointed when the handles started splitting and the food compartment zip broke.
I contacted Stash Society and they responded quickly, then had a brand new replacement sent out the very next day — and it was the improved version of the bag.

As a busy mom of three, I absolutely love a bag that is both beautiful and functional, and the Daily Tote is exactly that! The color is such a gorgeous, rich brown that goes with everything, and I love how timeless and classy it looks.

I absolutely love it, the wait was worth it (i live in a very remote part of aus so delivery took a long time) at first i wasn't sure it was as deep as i thought it would be but turns out looks can be deceiving as i can fit so much in with room to spare, sits up nicely without falling over and carries very comfortably!
Stunning!! I have a work conference coming up and I can’t wait to show it off. It’s classy, but subtle in the best ways. I wish they made nappy bags…because I want something this functional and stylish for all the kid/baby things I have to lug around on a day to day. Seriously in love!
A great product. It's lightweight and so convenient. The lunch compartment is fantastic. Finally, I found a bag whose lunch compartment doesn't collapse after you have taken your food out!. Very happy customer.
Awesome bag that stops me losing everything!! Good size and weight! Endless compliments from others!! Only suggestion would be maybe a couple more pockets/slots for things like pens/lip liners/comb

The finishing touches on this bag is premium! As soon as I brought it to work my team commented on it. It's beautiful! My only and only suggestion would be to make the shelf above the food compartment moveable. When I don't have food in the bottom it gets top heavy and tips over. But I love it other than that!
The product is nice, good quality, and serves its purpose. However, it took way too long to be delivered..more than a month of waiting even though it was marked as 'in stock' on the website. I know it's a small business, but at a certain point, the long wait made me worry it was a scam
This bag is so well thought through. The compartments are excellent and I love the travel pocket feature at the back. You've changed my work commute struggle for sure!
I take this bag to work and the storage is insane. I have space for everything, its also well made that its not too heavy and unbalanced when I wear the large shoulder strap. Personally I would prefer the larger lunch compartment, like the old style, but I still find it okay.
I am so impressed with this bag! I was skeptical whether it would fit my meal prep containers and snacks plus my laptop and water bottle and it does! Not only does it fit a lot the quality of the bag is amazing and it looks great. I highly recommend
The perfect size bag for uni! Fits my laptop, papers, pencil case, lunch and snacks, and bits and bob but most importantly, my owala water bottle. The only thing I would request is the internal pockets to be different sizes for cards/myki, etc. but I still love this bag!

The chocolate limited edition was a great addition to my daily work commute. I no longer need to kug around multiple bags. I can now pack my laptop and notebook in the pouch, pack a huge water bottle , even carry my lunch box and morning tea snacks and fruit in the zippered front pocket, my keys connect the internal clip so I don't have to go diving for them and my sunglasses case, makeup bag and headphones are all in easy reach in the upper area of the bag. The zipper works great and if it all veco es too much to carry with the soft handles you can attach the cross body strap to give hands free for grabbing a coffee or getting on and off public transport . Very sturdy , but soft to the touch. My everyday work bag with style
This is my new favourite handbag. It fits everything I need so easily; keys, phone, wallet, hand cream, sanitiser, AirPods, etc. It’s such a pretty colour and the leather is such good quality. I’ve gotten compliments on it already and it makes my outfits looks cute and chic.
I LOVE this bag! It fits my lunch items in the inbuilt lunch compartment, fits my laptop and work reports and easily fits my joggers and gym clothes as well. The inbuilt drink sleeve is handy too. I got this bag in the bundle which also came with the wristlet pouch, which has become my new handbag.
I’ve gotten a lot of compliments at work and the material looks so well made and classy. The gold accents make it look nice and sophisticated.
All in all, I’m very happy with my purchase and can’t wait to see any future items that come out!

I bought this bag as a gift to myself after getting my first Marketing job out of Uni, and I am so happy with it! I feel so organised with it and it’s so pretty. I got the black canvas one and I love the fabric, it’s so structured. Very happy ❤️
